“I took this photo because it displays the people walking around the street and showing the colorful flags of Colorado. What made me choose the photo out of others is that people/subjects make and create stories of what life is and give us a better understanding of what’s around us rather than showing an image without meaning. Instead, people bring out the story and show emotion through the image even if it does not look like it at first.¨
