This is one of the most beautiful towns in California and it’s the only one on the coast that is named as a historical landmark. Its streets are lined with tall Victorian buildings and saltbox cottages that are between nice dining restaurants, cafes, art galleries and boutiques. Yosemite National Park

November is a perfect time to visit Yosemite because, while it is often filled with crowds, fall is a great time to visit without bumping into anyone. Catalina Island

This is a great weekend getaway for any time of the year, but Thanksgiving is an extra special time. The weather during this time still feels like summer and it isn’t very crowded.
